Notturno

Le fotografie della serie “Notturno” rappresentano palazzi urbani, architetture avvolte nella foschia dell’imbrunire. Fanno da pandant a queste immagini scatti di persone addormentate nel proprio letto. I loro volti sono celati all’occhio dello spettatore. Sono raffigurazione intime ed evocative che rimandano alla sfera dell’esistenza quotidiana rispecchiando la visione che l’artista ha della città e del paesaggio in generale. Habitat nel senso si abitare, vivere un luogo dunque. Valeria De Simoni

The photographs in the series represent urban buildings at night, architecture, enveloped in the nightfall. They are pendant with shots of people sleeping in their bed. Their faces are hidden at the eye of the viewer. They are intimate and evocative depiction pointing to the sphere of daily life and reflecting my vision of the city, the countryside and the disarming fragility of our bodies. Valeria De Simoni
